No. While we do not have a formal "policy" on human rights, we do have a Human Rights Statement, part of which may be found in the Corporate Responsibility (CR) Deck on our website ([link]). Our Corporate Values also embody our respect for human rights ([link]).
We are in the process of updating our website with expanded scope and content, which is expected to launch in January.

Risks to human rights are assessed in our Enterprise Risk Management process, which is reported through our Governance and Risk Committee of the Board of Directors.

In addition to a corporate commitment to respect human rights at our operations worldwide, human rights impact assessments may be conducted on an individual project-basis. Language consistent with our Human Rights Statement and designed to ensure the protection of human rights is routinely included in legal contracts with suppliers and contractors.

In applicable operational areas we implement grievance mechanisms for local communities in an effort to listen to, track, manage, and respond to all inquiries within a prescribed period of time and within a culturally respectful fashion. These mechanisms provide valuable information for our operations teams as they develop and implement new facilities with lessened community footprints.
