Actions on conflict minerals

Based on the requirement to disclose usage of “conflict mineral” products produced by the Democratic Republic of the Congo or its bordering countries under the U.S. “Financial Regulatory Reform” and in consideration of the intent of that law, the DOCOMO Group is working together with our suppliers to fulfill our social responsibility in procurement activities and to ensure the transparency of our supply chain, as well as to promote an approach of not using “conflict minerals,” which would become a source of financing for armed groups.
